Getting to know you and your partner(so I can make sure he is included!) The doula never takes the place of the partner!

Discussing pregnancy concerns or birth fears

On call starting at 37 weeks until you have your sweet baby in your arms

Physical and emotional support during labor and birth

Prepping the birth space for you so you are at peace with your birthing space

Help in breastfeeding if needed

Tidying up the birth space(laundry, light picking up, etc) We want to leave your home clean and peaceful.

Emotional support(pregnancy and postpartum can be tough!)

Postpartum visit- this can be in person or over video call
